A waiver form must be signed by the individual booking the Lochán-Trail Lodging site. The waiver form will place all responsibilities on the site renter for any persons visiting the site during their stay. It will release Lochán-Trail Lodging from any liability regarding injuries and/or deaths, equipment damage, sickness, and any other mishaps that may occur. The waiver form will need to be signed before Lochán-Trail Lodging will grant legal access to the site. If the waiver form is refused, the time frame to which Lochán-Trail Lodging was notified of the refusal will fall under the Refund Policy.
